Another one from Winnie and again loved reading it. I would also suggest watching the linked video as The BEST Cooking Videos on Youtube . Spoiler Alert: This isn’t a cooking recipe video.
The video is about cooking, but it applies a lot to life in general – perhaps it takes a certain ease with ourselves and with life to be able to truly enjoy cooking.
Familiar patterns, it seems, are useful for memory recall other cognitive tasks. I guess this is why repetition is so useful when learning something new.
The old internet — the internet we first fell in love with — was a weird and wild and unregulated country. It was experimental, free for all, exhilarating, creative.
The new internet is filled with tracking scripts, cookie popups and what not. Can we not go back to the old times? 🤔
